water filter in the inlet line

What are the cleaning systems for the water inlet of the house?

The most common problems in homes are sandy, muddy, chlorinated water and, most importantly, condensation. Clogging is a problem caused by the high hardness of the water. But in any case, there is a water purification system to remove such pollutants.

So what water treatment system should we get for the home's water intake?

The key here begins with determining which pollutants are causing the problem and at what level.

The following cleaning systems are available for the inlet water line of the house:

  • Reverse Osmosis (RO): It is a process of pressure purification of water through a membrane. Thus, pollutants and bacteria in the water do not pass through the membrane and the water is collected in a purified form. In this form of cleaning, the whole house is provided with drinking water.

  • Mechanical filters: There are different types of mechanical filters. Depending on the problem in the water, these filters can perform functions such as cleaning large substances and removing chlorine. Cleaning cartridges such as sediment, active carbon, antibacterial threads, polyphosphate can be placed inside these systems.

  • Water softening systems: Water softening systems are one of the most effective cleaning systems used for home water intake. Softening systems remove hardness from water by ion exchange and prevent hardening. Mechanical filters are usually installed as a preventive measure, so that large substances in the water are also cleaned.

When choosing, remember that each water treatment system can vary depending on the level of water pollution and the water needs of the home. To choose the most suitable system, it is recommended to conduct a water analysis and consult a specialist.
